Mat: In my yoga teacher training, my instructor told me this is the Cadillac of all yoga mats. The Manduka Pro Mat . It might as well unroll it's self and clean itself! I know the price is steep, however, if you have been at yoga for more than a year and plan to continue the path, this is the only mat you will even need or want. It's your mat for life! Which is great because it has a life long warranty.

Blocks: As I mentioned, I love a cork block and I equally love the brand Manduka.
Blanket: Here is the Mexican Blanket that I purchased in black and blue. However, now that I see more exciting colors I am inclined to buy more! Let me know what color you get!
Strap: This is a great, inexpensive strap. Just remember to get 8 or 10 feet!
