I have a new course called The Well Balanced Teacher and this is for Summer 2023. It's about 10 weeks long, has 12 one hour sessions and includes healthy habits to reorient with so you can go back to being resilient, adaptable and fun loving in the classroom instead of burned out, drained and lack luster. What better time to reset intention than over the summer when we are with our families, friends and enjoying the weather.
