First 3 Questions

What is your availability and how do you handle scheduling sessions?

My availability changes weekly because - that's life! Typically I schedule my in person clients in the mornings Mon-Thurs and I have my online clients Mon/Wed/Thurs afternoons.

To schedule an in person call usually comes from a local reference in which I will text back and forth. For online personal training, nutrition or yoga I have a list of services and am always booking FREE 20 minute consultations to let people know which direction to go in.


How do you incorporate mental and emotional well-being into your coaching or training?

Just like any profession where you see something more than once a month, there's a rapport that's established and a level of trust. Clients never have to fear about opening up to me or asking for help and I always am sure to reach out when I feel something is off.

To be more specific, I usually will say something felt off or maybe their energy was low and ask if something is going on so they have the freedom to respond but also know that the door is open and I am a willing listener. Usually they'll say it's related to nutrition, hydration, sleep or personal. Very rarely do I intercept a traumatic situation - thank God!


What is your pricing structure and what packages or options do you offer?

I typically see clients in their own home for 2, 30-minute appointments each week and they'll pay $400 monthly - this does not include nutritional guidance, intermittent fasting or measurements. If this increases to 3 times a week or 60 minutes or is more than 20 minutes from my home, there are additional fees required. I bring all of the equipment I need and am 100% mobile!
