Q1: What is your approach to creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans?
Really, it's not one size fits all but it kind of is. See, everyone should be intermittent fasting, diabetes or not. Everyone should be eating more vegetables regardless if you like them or not. So, to personalize we would work with gut health first and then get into a fasting schedule eating REAL foods, decreasing plastic and packaged and calculating some metrics to stay within.
Q2: How do you stay updated with the latest research and trends in the industry?
I love to read. More importantly, I love listening to audiobooks and podcasts. The HUberman Lab is my favorite podcast followed by Cate Stillman's. That's a lot of where I get my information from and of course, all of the CEU courses I need to take to maintain my various certifications.
