Intermittent Fasting 3 Week Crash Course: Open to anyone who is curious about fasting and doesn’t know how/what/why/etc. The 3 week course is $249 with 60-120 minutes of self-led videos - short and to the point with a 6 page workbook about why they want to start and a game plan for how to start. Completing this they will have a 20 minute session with me to gauge interest and commitment to their health. You will have 2 group meets - one April 11 and the final May 1. The crash course is for you if: you are self motivated, enjoy a challenge, love to soak up information and apply it to your life on your terms, aren't ready to financially commit or commit to a 12 week course.
IF 12 Week Challenge: This will change your life - must have completed the 3 week crash course or had a 1:1 with me already. The 12 week course is $499 - I take the information from the 3 week course and actually help you apply the lessons, schedule and formula for your individual needs. See schedule below. The 12 week course is for you if you are ready to change your lifestyle, need to avoid or reduce potential prescriptions, can commit to 12 weeks of challenging schedule changes and shifts with food relationships and want to be in your best shape this whole year by July 1, 2023.
Here’s how it works: Clients sign up for the 12 week IF Challenge and are on boarded to a quarterly challenge that starts soon. They are joined by others who have exhibited stagnating factors in their diet/exercise regime and are needing a reset/revamp. If they’re joining mid-season, they jump into the 3 week Crash Course of IF first which is like the pre work of the Challenge.
In the IF Challenge, participants will watch videos online and complete several workbook activities. Activities will include food trackers, diet/exercise trackers and a “Body Goals” workup. Bi-monthly on Wednesdays, they will attend a Zoom meeting to meet the others in the group, establish relationships and meet up with their accountability partners. All of this will be done on the Wix platform for learning - not Face”stalk”! Community/Live Sessions:
2x per month - 1:00 PM EST #2 Wednesday and 3:00 PM EST #4 Wednesday with cohort that has signed up - 60 minute sessions with 30 minute Questions, comments, concerns (QCC) time. Recorded and presented LIVE on Zoom. (Time subject to change)
