Green Smoothie: The Classic

Doesn't get any more basic than this.


Note: Add the protein powder of your choice. Also, water or milk to top off - the more liquid, the smoother. You can use Spinach, kale or even chard if you are really hardcore.


1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup Spinach

1 Cup Water or milk

Honey or Maple Syrup to Taste
