Green Smoothie: Pina Colada

No getting caught in the rain (or snow in this weather) but we can dream!


Note: Coconut milk works the best. You can add coconut flakes when in doubt. Also, vanilla protein powder optional


2 handfuls spinach or kale

2 frozen bananas

1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)

1 cup coconut milk (from the can)

Honey or maple syrup, to taste
