Here is my favorite - go to - smoothie. This is a weekly or daily occurrence for me!
2 Handfuls Spinach
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or derivative)
Instead: Use 1 Scoop Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Cup Raspberries (or blueberries/grapes)
Optional: 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (but not if you used the PB Powder)
Top with water and ice - blend until smooth!
