You know me - always trying to sneak in greens and goodness whenever I can. Check out this Green Smoothie that will have your taste buds talking the good talk!


2 Handfuls Spinach

1/2 Frozen Banana

1 Handful Frozen Raspberries

1 Date, Pitted

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

1 Tbsp Raw Almond Butter

1 Splash Omegas

3 shakes Cinnamon

1/2 cup of water and a handful of ice
