2 Handfuls Spinach
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
A few Shakes Cinnamon
1 scoop Vanilla (or Cinnamon Sugar) Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Stone Ground Oats
1/2 Banana (Frozen optional)
Top with water or milk
Blend together until Ultra smooth
