What is your favorite part? For me, the hydration. In January 2022, I resolved to drink more water and I just couldn't ever do it. I forced myself to drink a liter of warm water - peeing about 4 or 5 times before noon - but I tell you what! It's made such a great difference in my energy, texture of my skin and body fat percentage.
