First 3 Questions

Do you offer any additional services or programs to support overall wellness?

Do I ever! I have several intensive courses that you can take with guidance or independently online. There is one aboutt meditation and Intermittent Fasting, I plan to add a few more about hydration, daily schedules and more. The support someone through all of the seasons of change, I have a 1 year long program. It's all about The Subala Sequence to Healthy Living and I have/am turning it into more of a club

How do you assess and track progress for your clients?

So, personal trainers don't make you fit. Chef's don't make you fat. Doctor's don't make you the epitome of health. These professionals are all facilitators in your life, but IT'S UP TO YOU.

So, clients track their progress. It's all about habit automation and withstanding temptation most of the time so when days, weeks, months go by and they haven't had a sweet treat or they have walked two miles each day - those are big wins to be celebrated! Mostly all of the progress is documented by the individual. I am just the cheerleader!

What is your philosophy or guiding principles when it comes to health and fitness?

If you don't use it you will lose it! This is relevant to muscles and stretch abilities.

Healthy feels and looks better than sick and lazy.

The more you do out of convenience the sicker you will become.

Check back at the end of the month for more!
