10 Things I learned during COVID-19

1. Spinach doesn’t last long in my house. Check out this great smoothie recipe here with spinach in it!

2. There are many ways to de-stress and gardening is one of them. So are long showers with luxury bath products and oils. Have you seen Beautycounter’s Holiday Collection?? ::swoon::

3. Everything is a Remix. This concept isn’t new to me, but watching this video drove the point home.

4. Audiobooks are the best thing ever. I have utilized my Audible account to the max. Also, I am not a Podcast gal. I am working on this. I am currently reading “Goodbye Things” to reinforce Aparigraha in my world.

5. I also learned that I am good at winging online yoga classes! Did you miss them? Access the group here and fill out this form before you do. You’ll have access to over 15 live yoga videos!

6. I am not a very good binge TV watcher. I don’t know who Carol Baskins is. I didn’t get hooked on the new Dawson’s Creek (Outerbanks). As a matter of fact, I haven’t even seen Breaking Bad or Lost. I did however start This Is Us back in December and I am almost done! Sorry - I am a bookworm at heart.

7. Dreaming with a Vision Board is really my style and I made one on Pinterest that you can check out!

8. Typical Chick: I love clothing. I have labored over a clothing deal for over a year now and I have settled on two options (more on that later, you will love the options).

9. My world at Socastee High School changed drastically with teaching, 50% student sizes, and virtual Fridays. Check on your teacher friends and ask how they’re doing!

10. It takes me a long time to get organized on a business level and I am so thankful for some organized friends that are supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable about creating content and routines!
